This recipe is a simple variation of the famous trilece, it's very easy to prepare and the taste is the same. I've simplified the procedure of preparation, lowered the sugar amount and I cut off 1 milk. Still delicious! When you try this version, I guarantee you'll love it and you'll forget the old way of making trilece. Just to remind you that the regular trilece is made with 3 types of milk.
Ingredients:
Biscuit
Ingredients:
Biscuit
- 6 eggs
- 200 g of sugar
- 300 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 500 ml of whipped cream
- 1 liter of milk
- 250 g ready caramel
- Beat eggs with sugar until foamy, and slowly add flour, baking powder and vanilla and mix carefully with a wooden spoon.
- Put to bake in a rectangular oiled pan No. 40-42 and bake first 10 min. at 200 C degrees, reducing the temperature to 180 C degrees and baking for another 10 minutes. Check with a toothpick if the biscuit is baked.
- After baking, stab biscuit all over with a fork so that the milk can penetrate more easily.
- Whipped cream is mixed with milk with a spoon, both should be at room temperature. Pour this mixture over the hot biscuit. Allow to soak for 10 minutes then apply caramel.
Whipped cream - Serve cool.
