With only 5 ingredients, these jam drops are the best of all jam drops. This is my mum's recipe.
Ingredients:
Put flour, sugar & rice flour into bowl. Add butter, rub in using fingertips until mixture resembles bread crumbs. Divide mixture into small balls, place on baking tray. Press with your thumb in the middle and fill with jam. Bake in slow oven at 160C for 10-15 min.

- 250 g butter, cubed
