Jaffa cookies are well known all around the world, soft biscuit covered with orange jelly and chocolate are just irresistible! Here's a recipe how to prepare something similar, but bigger and incredible tasty just as jaffa cookies are.

Preparation:
Dough - Beat eggs and sugar. Mix until sugar is melted. Then, add butter and milk, and then flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar. Bake in circular pan 25-30 cm. Bake for 35 minutes at 150 degrees.
Filling - boil water, sugar and 3 tablespoons jam for a short time. Then add grinded orange. Allow to cool.
When dough is cool, cut in half horizontally. Crumble the top half and add in the filling. Brush the lower half of the dough with three tablespoons jam. Then, brush above the filling and flatten it. Then brush again with three tablespoons jam. Pour a glaze on top.

- 100 g chocolate
