BREADED CHEESE (POHOVAN KASKAVAL)

Many find breaded cheese difficult to prepare  the right way. The most important is to choose the right cheese. When choosing cheese, choose harder cheese that won't melt on heat. Experiment with hard cheeses. Besides cheese which should be cut into rectangles or triangles, you will need and bread crumbs, egg and oil for frying.

Ingredients:

  • 300 g harder cheese
  • 100 g flour
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • cooking oil

Preparation:
  1. Cut cheese into pieces in desired shape. 
  2. Roll each piece in flour, then in egg and finally in the breadcrumbs.
  3. Thus prepared pieces of cheese put to fry in hot oil.
  4. Combine with tartar sauce.
