Ingredients:
- 1 cup (250 ml) sunflower oil
- pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Take two eggs and separate yolks from whites. Put the egg yolks in a bigger stirring bowl. Add two tablespoons of lemon juice. Then add a tablespoon of mustard, two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and a little salt.
- Then mix well all the ingredients with a mixer. Reduce the mixer speed and slowly add the oil. Mix and if necessary add a little more lemon juice or apple cider vinegar. Mix until the mixture becomes consistent, then cool it in the refrigerator and serve.
