Makalo (sauce) from dried peppers with garlic, simple and yet delicious old Macedonian recipe. Almost every family keeps dried peppers at home through the winter. In combination with warm bread you can eat the whole plate and ask for more. It's so simple and so delicious. I eat it without a fork, I use my fingers and a piece of bread which I soak in peppers and then lick my fingers :) Piggy right? :) You see the plate on the pic? Yup, I ate it whole.
