BAKED YOUNG POTATOES IN OVEN

The market is full of various vegetables and fruits and one of my favorites are spring onions, spring garlic and young potatoes. Young potatoes are so good roasted in oven, I think I can eat the whole pan. So,  I buy small ones for roasting, I just wash them and put in the pan, no need for cutting to pieces.

Ingredients:
  • 1,5 kg young potatoes
  • oil
  • salt 
Preparation:
  1. Wash potatoes and arrange in a baking pan. If some of potatoes are bigger, cut in pieces. Preheat oven at 250 C degrees.
  2. Sprinkle salt and add oil all over. Stir.
  3. Put to bake at 250 C degrees for about 30-40 minutes until they get a beautiful brown color.
  4. Stir 3-4 times while baking.
  5. Enjoy!
