CHICKEN STEAK ON GRILL

I always had a hard time to prepare chicken steak in a way that will keep it soft and juicy. I hate when my steak turns out dry and hard to chew. Here I present you a recipe for soft and juicy steak that you'll surely love!

Ingredients:
  • 3-4 pieces of chicken steak
Marinade
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic in powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried mixed spices
  • little black pepper
Preparation:
  1. Shortly beat.chicken steak with a meat hammer.
  2. Mix the ingredients for the marinade and coat steaks with the mixture.
  3. Place marinated steaks in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and leave in the fridge overnight.
  4. Steak is ready for grilling the next day. Bake on medium heat.
  5. Serve warm. Combine with fresh salad, baked potatoes or rice or cooked vegetables.
