This is one of my favorite ways of preparing minced meat. It's great for solemn occasions and it really looks good on the table.
Ingredients:
Ingredients:
- 750 g minced meat
- 250 g smoked bacon
- 1 large onion
- 1 egg
- middle of two slices of stale bread, some milk to soak
- parsley
- half a teaspoon of red pepper
- salt and black pepper
- 5 boiled eggs
- Cut bacon and onion into small cubes. First fry diced bacon, then add the onion and fry for about 5 minutes at medium heat. Don't add oil, it's not necessary.
- Put bread in milk, squeeze when well soaked.
- When bacon and onion are a little cool, combine all the ingredients for the roll and knead well.
- Coat baking pan with a baking paper, coated with a little oil above.
- Put half of the meat mixture, arrange hard-boiled eggs, put over the rest of the meat and form a roll.
- Bake at 200 C degrees for about 40 minutes.
