One of the most beautiful summer foods! I love everything that's combined with peppers - like a real Macedonian right? :) This dish is easy to prepare and light for your stomach, I ate 3 of these peppers and I don't feel heavy at all. I used a homemade ricotta cottage cheese which I buy from a farmer and I also used eggs from the village, not from the store. I bought peppers from our vegetable market, beautiful and naturally grown.

- 7 peppers
- 250 g ricotta cheese
- 3 eggs
- Wash and clean peppers from seeds (of course remove the handles).
- Add 2-3 eggs to the cheese and mix. Add salt if necessary.
- Fill peppers with this mixture and you can close peppers with pieces of tomatoes.
- Put to fry on a medium heat until golden brown and soft. I used olive oil for frying.
- Combine with fresh salad and fresh bread.
