This is the most common plate found on Macedonian table in summer. You can combine it with everything, with white cheese, kjofte (meatball), barbecue or as desired. Peppers can be uses whole and unpeeled, or whole and peeled, or peeled and chopped - your choice.
Ingredients:
- several green peppers
- garlic
- salt
- olive oil
- vinegar
- Bake peppers on a hot plate or on a grill. Choose thinner peppers for roasting.
- When roasted well on all sides, leave to cool.
- Then peel and chop peppers.
- Arrange in a plate and add salt, olive oil, chopped garlic and vinegar.
- That's it!
