CHICKEN WITH MUSHROOMS IN SOUR CREАМ AND CHEESE

One of the tastiest dishes in the world! Chicken in an earthenware dish with sour cream and cheese and mushrooms. This dish serves 1 very hungry person, though it happened to serve 2 not too hungry people. Combine it with warm bread and enjoy.


Ingredients:
  • 200 g chicken breasts or one chicken stack
  • 100 g champignons
  • 1 sour cream 200 ml
  • 1 egg
  • 70 g cheese
  • 2 pickles
  • 50 g of dimmed pork neck
  • spices: salt, curry, little black pepper



Preparation:

  1. Chicken is cut into pieces and fried kept. In the same oil, fry the mushrooms.
  2. In a small earthenware dish, put chicken, mushrooms, pork neck sliced ​​into pieces, the pickles also chopped into thin slices and stir.
  3. Asidemix the egg and sour cream, add to the earthenware and stir. Add salt, curry and a little black pepper.
  4. Add grated cheese on top and put to bake the oven at 220 C degrees until it gets nice roasted color as in picture.
