When I first tried this recipe, I was skeptical that something good would come out of it. I couldn't believe that this way and so quickly I could make a tasty homemade bread. It's so easy to prepare, that anyone who has never even seen a flour in life can do it. Preparation time is less than 5 minutes, and the time for raising and baking is 1 hour.
Ingredients:
Ingredients:
- 450 g wholewheat flour
- half a bag of dry yeast (or half fresh 20 g)
- 1.5 teaspoons of salt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 450 ml of water
- First mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and finally add the water. Mix with a wire just to join the ingredients.
- Then transfer the mixture into a mold coated with baking paper and allow to grow in a warm place for about 30 minutes. I put it in the oven at 50 C degrees for about 20 minutes to grow faster and after raising I left it to bake at 200 C degrees.
- After the dough has been grown, add seeds on top and put to bake in a heated oven at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes.
- After baking, cover bread with a cloth and let it rest a bit, then consume it.
