Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1.5 cup sugar
- 1 cup of oil
- 1 cup of milk
- 3 cups of flour
- 1 baking powder (10 g)
- 1 vanilla sugar (10 g)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- crushed chocolate
- 100 g of cooking chocolate
- 70 g margarine
- little oil
Preparation:
- Beat eggs with sugar, add oil, milk, vanilla, soda, baking powder. Add flour and mix slowly.
- Oil muffin mold or put paper cups and fill the molds about 2/3.
- Add crushed chocolate in the middle.Bake at 200 C degrees for about 20 minutes in a preheated oven.
- After they have been baked and cooled, melt the chocolate with margarine and a little oil and mop muffins one by one in the chocolate. Decorate as desired.
