This cake except it looks good, tastes awesome! The light part contains ricotta, and the green part contains spinach (or silverbeet). I'll show you how easy it is to prepare this good looking cake.

Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 200 ml milk
- 50 ml of oil
- 150 g of corn flour
- 100 g of plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 250 g ricotta cheese
- spinach puree (I used maybe 40 leaves for making the puree)
- salt as needed
- Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.
- Add the milk and the oil.
- Mix both types of flour with the baking powder and add it to the egg mixture. Stir well.
- Take spinach as much as wanted and fry it shortly just to soften. Then blend it to make it like a puree.
- Divide the mixture into two parts. In one half, add the cheese and the other in the spinach puree.
- In a both greased and floured pan, first pour some of the green mixture in the very middle of pan. Than, pour a little from the other mixture also in the center. Continue alternately until you finish both mixtures.
- Place the pan in a preheated oven and bake for about 35-40 minutes at 180 C degrees.
- Combine with yogurt or sour milk.
Enjoyl!
