Looking for a recipe for a perfect pizza dough that you can use for furnarinki too? We have a quick suggestion that can be modified according to your taste and need. With this amount I made 1 larger pizza and one dose furnarinki.
Ingredients:
Preparation:
Ingredients:
- 1,5 cup lukewarm water
- 2 ¼ teaspoons dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon honey or sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 3,5-4 cups flour
Preparation:
- Mix the yeast with honey or sugar and warm water.
- Add salt, oil and half of the flour, and mix well. You can use a mixer.
- Add the rest of the flour gradually until you get a soft non sticky dough. When you make such a dough, knead it for about 6 minutes.
- Allow it to grow for 1 hour in a container covered with plastic foil.
- Stack it for pizza or furnarinki and arrange the groceries you want. If you want to make a pizza, brush the dough with tomato sauce, add cheese, mushrooms, salami, as desired ... If you want to make furnarinki, coat the dough with 2 tablespoons melted butter, then coat with egg yolk. Add cheese or sesame seeds as desired.
- Bake the dough to 250 C degrees for about 10 minutes, then cut and serve. Ideal for meals, lunch or dinner ...
