Similar to the classic way of preparing baked potatoes, except the result is amazing! You'll get beautiful crispy potatoes better than chips. There's no need to combine them with meet. A green salad or shopska would be great as an addition. They also go excellent with beer.

- 1 tablespoon of salt

- 1 tablespoon of vegeta
- 3 tablespoons of corn flour
- 3 tablespoons of oil

Preparation:
- Heat the oven to 200 C and put inside the large pan that comes together with the oven in which the oil is poured.
- Peel potatoes and cut in desired shape.
- Add salt, vegeta, black pepper and corn flour. Stir well and pour on well-heated oil.
- Bake about 30 - 40 min and stir 2-3 times during baking until potatoes get a nice crispy crust.
