CRISPY BAKED POTATOES IN A DIFFERENT WAY

Similar to the classic way of preparing baked potatoes, except the result is amazing! You'll get beautiful crispy potatoes better than chips. There's no need to combine them with meet. A green salad or shopska would be great as an addition. They also go excellent with beer.



Ingredients:

 - 1.5 kg of potatoes
 - 1 tablespoon of salt
 - a little black pepper
 - 1 tablespoon of vegeta
 - 3 tablespoons of corn flour
 - 3 tablespoons of oil

Preparation:


  1. Heat the oven to 200 C and put inside the large pan that comes  together with the oven in which the oil is poured.
  2. Peel potatoes and cut in desired shape.
  3. Add salt, vegeta, black pepper and corn flour. Stir well and pour on well-heated oil.
  4. Bake about 30 - 40 min and stir 2-3 times during baking until potatoes get a nice crispy crust.
