Simple to prepare and so tasty. Healthy too. Grilled zucchinis are something I prepare when I don't want to eat heavy food. After baking, you can eat them with some salt, or add garlic and some oil. Parsley also goes well with zucchini. You can use a regular grill or use the toaster. Before baking, apply a small amount of oil on the plates so the zucchinis won't stick.
Preparation:
Peel the zucchinis and cut into stripes or circles. Align on the oiled grill or the toaster and bake on both sides until they got a beautiful roasted color.
