This dish is something that is regularly present in my kitchen, especially during the summer. The recipe can be adjusted and you can add or subtract something according to taste.
I usually prepare it with peppers, tomatoes and mandatory eggs from the village.

Ingredients:
- 5-6 larger peppers
- 1 larger tomato
- 3 cloves garlic
- a little smoked meat
- 5 village eggs
- grated cheese or 3 larger pieces cut in thin layers
- salt and spices
- First peppers are chopped and fried on olive oil.
- Afterwards, add the chopped tomato and continue the frying.
- When finished, add chopped garlic and chopped smoked meat and mix.
- Eggs are beaten with a fork and salted and added to the pan with a slight stirring.
- Add the cheese above and cover the pan with a lid or an aluminium foil to bake eggs and from above, and the cheese will melt.
