HOMEMADE NUTELLA

Who doesn't love Nutella? Kids love it, adults love it. I honestly like Finetti cream better. Instead of buying it, you can also prepare this homemade version of a chocolate cream quite easily. I know it will thrill you with it's taste. No additives, no preservatives, just the clean beautiful chocolate and hazelnuts taste.

Ingredients:
  • 400 g of chopped milk chocolate
  • 50 g of dark chocolate
  • 1 cup baked peeled hazelnuts
  • 4 tablespoons of olive or coconut oil
  • 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation:
  1. Place the pieces of chocolate in a bowl and melt them on a steam until chocolate melts completely. When it's melted, allow the mixture to cool slightly.
  2. Put previously baked and peeled hazelnuts into a coffee grinder or a Nutri bullet. Hazelnuts should be grind as small as possible, and if you have a food processor, you can blend them until you get a nice hazelnut cream.
  3. Add the hazelnuts, melted chocolate, oil, sugar, cocoa and vanilla extract in a blender and mix again.
  4. Place the prepared choco cream in a jar and allow it to cool, then store it in the refrigerator.
  5. Your homemade Nutella is ready. Enjoy!
