The original recipe of this dessert is without cocoa, but I improved it to make it even more delicious. This dessert is made in 5 minutes and melts in the mouth. My husband says it's one of the best I've ever made. It is very juicy and literally pleases your senses.
Ingredients:
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup of crushed nuts
- 1 cup semolina
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2 grated peeled apples
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbs cinnamon
- 1 pack of vanilla sugar 10 g
- 1 packet of baking powder 10 g
- 1 cup of water
- 1 not full cup sugar
- 50 g of cocoa
- 1 not full cup of milk
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer.
- Add all other ingredients. Mix and pour the mixture in an oiled pan size 28 or smaller.
- Bake for half an hour at 180 C degrees.
- While the cake is baking, do the glaze. Let the water, cocoa and sugar boil, then add milk and oil at the end. Let them boil for 10-15 minutes until it gets a little density.
- After the cake is baked, cut it into cubes and pour the glaze. It will penetrate between the cuts and soak in the cake. Let it cool down and the cake is ready for serving.
- Take one piece and place a smaller piece on top. Decorate with whipped cream or cherry.
