Amazing mouth melting biscuits for your morning coffee. They only look like tulumbi, because we use the same syringe, but the look is the only thing they have in common :) Easy to prepare, kids adore them.

- 350 g soft flour
- 100 g softened butter
- 100 g sugar in powder
- 1 tbs honey
- 1 egg
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar (10 g)
- pinch of salt
- Mix butter with powdered sugar, vanilla, honey and very little salt.
- Mix the eggs and egg yolks with a mixer and add the butter and unite well.
- Add flour and baking powder, combine well and put the mixture for at least 20 minutes in the refrigerator
- Fill the tulumba syringe (or a cake bag with a special nozzle) and squeeze from the mixture on a pan covered with baking sheet. They should be slightly curved in a length of 7cm
- Bake at 180 ° C for 15 minutes until biscuits become crispy and golden brown.
