SPINACH PIE WITH RYE FLOUR

Healthy, fast and amazing chrono pie. An ideal breakfast even if you're not on a diet. I was skeptical that this pie would be worth making it, but I was wrong. It was delicious.


Ingredients:
  • 400 gr 'rye flour
  • 250 ml warm water
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Filling:
  • 300 g ricotta
  • 250 g spinach
Preparation:
  1. Mix flour with salt. Gradually add warm water to the oil and mix soft dough. Leave dough to rest for about half an hour..
  2. While the dough is standing, you can prepare the filling. Chop the spinach and if wanted fry it shortly and add the ricotta.
  3. Divide the dough into two parts and stretch 2 crusts with the size of the baking pan. Mine is number 30.
  4. Place one crust, apply the filling and place the second crust.
  5. Cut the pie before baking and put some sesame seeds on top with wet hands.
  6. Bake instantly about 40-50 minutes at 200 C degrees.
