Healthy, fast and amazing chrono pie. An ideal breakfast even if you're not on a diet. I was skeptical that this pie would be worth making it, but I was wrong. It was delicious.

- 400 gr 'rye flour
- 250 ml warm water
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 300 g ricotta
- 250 g spinach
- Mix flour with salt. Gradually add warm water to the oil and mix soft dough. Leave dough to rest for about half an hour..
- While the dough is standing, you can prepare the filling. Chop the spinach and if wanted fry it shortly and add the ricotta.
- Divide the dough into two parts and stretch 2 crusts with the size of the baking pan. Mine is number 30.
- Place one crust, apply the filling and place the second crust.
- Cut the pie before baking and put some sesame seeds on top with wet hands.
- Bake instantly about 40-50 minutes at 200 C degrees.
