Ingredients:
- 5 kg roast peppers (hot and sweet, or as desired)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup wine vinegar
- 3 cups oil
- several cloves garlic
- salt to taste
- black pepper in grains to taste
- parsley
- Clean the peeled peppers from the seeds and tear them in long and thin slices. Place them in a pot of fire and fry for 15 minutes without oil with occasionally stirring.
- Then add the sugar and vinegar and fry about 15 - 20 minutes.
- At the end, add the oil (preheated, it should be hot), chopped garlic, salt to taste and fry for another half hour. At the end of frying, add chopped parsley.
- Collect warm, in hot jars.
