I borrowed it from my mother in law who makes the best yogurtlitava in the world. The interesting thing is that she doesn't add any water. The rice is cooked in yogurt in eggs.

- 1 cup rice (200 ml size)
- 1 liter yogurt
- 10 eggs
- salt,vegeta,black pepper
- First whisk eggs with a mixer.
- Fry rice shortly in some oil in the pan in which you will make the yogurtlitava. Once fried, add the beaten eggs, yogurt and spices and stir.
- Place the pan in a heated oven to bake at 180-200 degrees, depending on the oven strength. Make sure not to burn it, just like when you're baking a sponge biscuit. The baking time is about 30 minutes.
