HOW TO AVOID BLOATING STOMACH WHEN EATING BEANS


We all love beans, but in many people it creates terrible inconveniences - it generates gases and bloating stomach. Here I'll show you a simple trick how to prepare your beans, so you won't have any troubles after eating it. 
 

So, when you prepare beans, first:
  1. Clean the beans, put them in a pot, add water and bring to boil for 4-5  minutes. 
  2. Remove it from the stove and allow it to stand overnight without changing the water in which it was cooked. In winter, you can simply leave it out on the terrace, and keep it in the refrigerator during summer time. 
  3. Then, the next day, wash it with cold water and pour in fresh water. Leave it to boil once more for several minutes, pour out that water and pour fresh water and continue to prepare it at your option. 
This way, 80% of the insoluble sugars from the beans are removed, which are the cause for difficult digestion and bloating.


Note: usual quantity is 450 g of beans and 10 cups of water.
