I tried this dip for the first time at my sister's, and it delighted me. I think I ate more than half myself. It goes excellent with fresh bread and barbecue.
For the preparation you will need dried peppers, I used small hot dried peppers.

Ingredients:
- 5-6 dried hot peppers
- 1 head garlic
- a small cup of boiling water
- oil, vinegar and salt to taste
- The peppers are first baked slightly on a hotplate or grill, then chopped as thin as possible together with the seeds.
- Add the boiling water and leave to cool.
- After it has cooled, add the chopped garlic, salt, oil and vinegar. I add about 5-6 tbs oil and 2 tbs vinegar. If desired, walnuts or parsley can be added.
