I made these eggs for Easter. The taste is like bounty chocolates or Raffaello balls with chocolate :) Beautiful and pretty easy to prepare, especially if you have mold. If it's easier for you, you can make ball shapes instead of eggs.
Ingredients:
Ingredients:
- 70 g butter
- 50 ml of water
- 130 g of milk powder
- 120 g of sugar
- 100 g coconut flour
- hazelnuts as much as needed
- yellow marmalade
Glaze:
- 100-150 g dark chocolate with 2 tablespoons oil
- Boil the water and sugar, add the butter and powdered milk and finally the coconut flour. Stir until the mixture is smooth and let it cool down so you can work the mixture by hand.
- It's best to have a mold with egg shapes, I did not have it and it was pretty hard for me to form eggs. Take out from the mixture and form a ball, break it in and put in a hazelnut dressed in marmalade and close it with the other half and form an egg.
- After the eggs are formed, add them to the glaze of melted chocolate and let them cool in the refrigerator to tighten the glaze.
- The next day, I made a little royal glaze in a more fluid form and I spilled it over to get a marble look and I sprinkled some coconut flour.
