PEPPERS, ONIONS, TOMATO SAUCE AND EGGS

These types of dishes are ideal for spring and summer and I prepare them in different variants and combinations. The eggs I used are natural from the village, I look at them as a treasure! The peppers I used are green and beautiful.


Ingredients: 

  • 10 peppers
  • 1 head of onions
  • 5-6 cloves garlic
  • 200 ml of tomato sauce
  • spices and salt as desired
  • 3-4 eggs
Preparation:
  1. Cut  peppers into pieces and put them on a little oil until they soften. 
  2. After 10 minutes of frying, add the chopped onion and garlic and let them fry  together until softened and start to get color. 
  3. Then add tomato sauce, or mashed tomatoes or chopped tomatoes, add spices at will, and break eggs and cover the pan it with a lid. Bake until eggs are firm. Sprinkle Bukowska peppers over eggs after they are ready.
