Wonderful and different crepes that you'll love. You can buy your crepes or make them yourself at home using a regular recipe. I always make them at home and frankly, I never use a recipe, I'm mixing egg, milk, a little oil, a little salt and sugar, a little mineral sparkling or plain warm water and I add flour until the required density is obtained. I bake crepes on 2 oiled pans parallel to speed up the work. For this recipe you'll need 10 crepes.
Ingredients:
Ingredients:
- 10 crepes
- 400 g of ricotta
- 200 g of grated smoked meat or ham
- 2 eggs and breadcrumbs
- a little oil
- 200 ml of cooking cream
- grated cheese
- Once you have made the crepes, each one is filled with a mixture of ricotta and smoked meat or ham. You can adjust the charge to your taste, I made mine with the groceries that were available to me at the moment.
- Place from the mixture in the middle of each pancake, roll the crepes and close the ends.
- Each crepe is immersed in an egg and then in breadcrumbs.
- The crepes are stacked in a non-stick pan, I used the Delimano Copper-lux 24 cm non stick pan.
- After all the crepes are ordered, a little oil is poured over the top, then the cooking cream is poured and grated cheese.
- Place in the oven to bake at 250 C degrees until they roast a little.
