STUFFED AND BAKED CREPES

Wonderful and different crepes that you'll love. You can buy your crepes or make them yourself at home using a regular recipe. I always make them at home and frankly, I never use a recipe, I'm mixing egg, milk, a little oil, a little salt and sugar, a little mineral sparkling or plain warm water and I add flour until the required density is obtained. I bake crepes on 2 oiled pans parallel to speed up the work. For this recipe you'll need 10 crepes.

 Ingredients:
  • 10 crepes
  • 400 g of ricotta
  • 200 g of grated smoked meat or ham
  • 2 eggs and breadcrumbs
  • a little oil
  • 200 ml of cooking cream
  • grated cheese
Preparation:
  1. Once you have made the crepes, each one is filled with a mixture of ricotta and smoked  meat or ham. You can adjust the charge to your taste, I made mine with the groceries that were available to me at the moment.
  2. Place from the mixture in the middle of each pancake, roll the crepes and close the ends.
  3. Each crepe is immersed in an egg and then in breadcrumbs.
  4. The crepes are stacked in a non-stick pan, I used the Delimano Copper-lux 24 cm non stick pan.
  5. After all the crepes are ordered, a little oil is poured over the top, then the cooking cream is poured and grated cheese.
  6. Place in the oven to bake at 250 C degrees until they roast a little.
