This dish is actually Chinese or adapted from Chinese food. I enjoy preparing it and eating it and I always make a larger amount so that I can have a second plate and if there are leftovers for the next day - that's a big joy for me :) We don't have a Chinese restaurant in Bitola so I sometimes experiment with Chinese food in my kitchen and give it a Macedonian touch.
I usually use 3 hotplates parallel and the food is ready in half an hour.

Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken steak
- corn starch
- salt
- black pepper
- 200 g of grated cabbage
- 2 grated carrots
- 1/2 shredded onion
- 2 chopped cloves of garlic
- soy sauce
- 2-3 packs of noodles
- Chop the chicken steak into small pieces, add salt and black peppers dip each piece in corn starch. Let it fry well on all sides.
- At the same time, put the prepared vegetables to fry, the cabbage should remain slightly crunchy, and the other vegetables to soften but not too much.
- Once the steak is cooked, add it to the vegetables and continue to fry briefly.
- Since the noodles are cooked for 3 minutes, you can cook them in the end.
- Add the cooked noodles to the vegetables with the chicken, add the soy sauce and stir. If needed, add more soy sauce, but don't overdo it.
- Serve warm.
- I also prepared cauliflower and added it as an addition.
