One of the most beautiful wafers that my mom makes, and I got the recipe from her. You just can's stop eating at one piece :)
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of wafer sheets (usually 5 sheets in one pack)
- 250 g butter
- 400 g tahini halva
- 400 ml of milk
- 250 g sugar
- 100 g chocolate for cooking
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- 400 g of crushed biscuits
- 200 g of crushed nuts or hazelnuts
Preparation:
- Boil butter, halva, milk, sugar, and chocolate until dissolved. Add the crushed biscuits and nuts to the hot mixture and mix well.
- Apply mixture on each wafer except the last one..
- Place a tray over the wafers and let them cool overnight in a refrigerator.
- The next day cut them into pieces and serve.
