These kind of cakes are
my kids' favorite and I make these for them, they enjoy aligning the biscuits and helping
out. No baking, no mess in the kitchen, it's a fast work. This time my cake
turned out very aromatic, it is very important what kind of biscuits
you use because they give the most of the flavor.
Ingredients:
- 400 g biscuits
- 3 chocolate puddings
- 6 spoons sugar
- 200 ml of milk
- 800 ml of milk
- 100 g chocolate
- add 150 g of butter mixed with a mixer with 100 g of powdered sugar and add to the puddings.
- 2 packs of vanilla cream powder whipped with 200 ml milk or whatever vanilla cream is available in your place
Preparation:
- Dissolve the puddings in 200 ml of milk together with the sugar, and heat the remaining 800 ml of milk. When milk boils, add the dissolved puddings and mix until thickened and add the chocolate to melt. Then cover with nylon foil and allow to cool.
- After cooling, combine the butter with the sugar and add to the pudding filling and blend well until smooth.
- The second filling is made by mixing the cream with milk using a mixer. This quantity will be smaller than the first filling.
- Arrange 4x5 biscuits in a suitable plate previously dipped in milk, apply a larger amount of chocolate filling and apply a thin layer of the vanilla filling.
- Repeat the procedure two more times, and on the fourth row biscuits appl only from the yellow filling.
- Decorate as desired and leave to cool and harden.
