There are many ways to roast cauliflower and I always do it differently. All ways are tasty, and this way works the best for me.
Ingredients:
- 1 larger head of cauliflower
- 3 eggs
- 300 ml sour cream 20% fat
- 100 ml of milk
- 100 g grated cheese
- breadcrumbs as needed
- vegeta, black pepper, red pepper, garlic in powder
Preparation:
- Wash cauliflower well, divide the flowers and boil in salt water for about 15 minutes.
- Then put it in the pan where you've put breadcrumbs on the bottom as a base. Breadcrumbs will absorb excess fluid from cauliflower.
- Arrange the cauliflower flowers over the breadcrumbs.
- Stir eggs and milk aside, add sour cream, add vegeta and black pepper and mix.
- Pour cauliflower heads with this mixture and add grated cheese on top, sprinkle with a little breadcrumbs, red pepper and garlic in powder
- Let it bake at 200 C degrees until it gets fine roasted color.
- Serve warms as a main dish or as addition to meat.
