Soft and tasty rissoles, it was my first time making them this way and I'm thrilled how they turned out, so tasty, aromatic and soft, beautiful recipe. I made combination with shopska salad and warm bread. Delicious!

- 600 g mixed minced meat
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml mineral water
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 small chopped onion
- 4 chopped garlic cloves
- fresh chopped parsley
- 1 tbs vegeta
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- oil for frying as needed
- Mix all ingredients together, knead shortly by hand and put the mixture in the fridge for about half an hour or more.
- With oiled hands, form small rissoles and put them to fry in warm oil until finely fried on both sides.
- Arrange rissoles on a kitchen paper to absorb the excess fat.
