This cake is great for a birthday or Valentine's Day. This is my favorite and fastest cake lately that has been a cheesecake modification, and in my opinion it's even better, amazing in taste and texture, my husband says it is better than in a pastry shop. The preparation is simple and fast.
Ingredients:
Base:
- 150 g of crushed biscuits
- 70 g melted butter
- 1 tsp cocoa
- 2 rows of melted chocolate
- 300 g quality dark chocolate
- 400 ml of sour cream with 20% fat
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 300 ml of sweet cream (hopla)
- 100 g quality dark chocolate
- 20 g butter
- First prepare the base, grind biscuits, add the cocoa and add the pre-melted chocolate mixed with butter. Mix well and apply this mixture evenly into the mold. You will need a not very large mold, best 24-26cm.
- Then melt the chocolate for the filling and set aside.
- Mix the sweet cream with a mixer until creamy texture is obtained, add the sour cream, powdered sugar and melted chocolate and mix briefly to bring them together.
- Apply the filling evenly to the base and immediately place the cake in the freezer.
- Prepare the glaze after 10 minutes, melt the chocolate with butter, remove the cake from the freezer and pour the glaze over the filling. Decorate with crushed hazelnuts and refrigerate.
- The cake will be ready for serving after 30 minutes.
- Before slicing, first slice the glaze as it will be firm, then cut into slices so the chocolate will not crack.
The cake is made literally in half an hour. It's not hard to make at all, and there is no dispute about the taste, it is delicious.
