Delicious autumn dessert that will satisfy all your senses. I made two apples for a start, for me and my husband, one apple per person is enough. Preparation is easy, even if unexpected guests appear, you can make this beautiful dessert in no time. The preserve I added was pumpkin preserve, but you can add whatever you have. I think apple goes great with pumpkin, quince, fig...
Ingredients:
Ingredients:
- 2 apples
- a few halves of walnuts
- 1 tsp of vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- some butter
- sweet preserve as needed (pumpkin, fig, quince)
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Peel the apples and cut into halves. Hollow the middle.
- Place nuts in the hollows. Sprinkle apples with vanilla sugar and cinnamon on top.
- Place a small piece of butter on top of walnuts and sprinkle with a little bit of sorbet from the sweet preserve you will use.
- Let them bake at 200 C degrees for about 15 minutes. Don't forget to put a baking paper on the pan.
- When they start to get a little color on the edges, remove from oven and pour over honey and add pieces of sweet preserve.
