This is a great way of preparing chicken steak, the steak turns out soft inside and crispy outside. The other thing I like here is that it's baked instead of fried, it requires a little oil and it's much healthier variant then frying it right? Next time I'll cut it in stripes and prepare it like chicken fingers.
Ingredients:
Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken fillet
- about 100 ml of yogurt
- salt and black pepper
- 50 g of sesame seeds
- 100 g bread crumbs
- olive oil
- Cut chicken fillets into thin slices.
- Add salt and season with pepper.
- Put meat a large bowl and coat each piece with yogurt. Cover with foil and leave to marinate for at least two hours in the fridge.
- Mix bread crumbs with sesame seeds and dip each piece of meat in this mixture. Align on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Sprinkle the meat with olive oil and bake in preheated oven at 200 C degrees for about 30 minutes.
- Good appetite!
