I got this recipe
from my godmother a few days ago, I tried it on Sunday and delighted me,
and since my husband loves chocolate desserts, I immediately prepared it
with a little modification of the ingredients. The preparation is
simple, the cake is ideal for quick dessert preparation, a delicious one! The amount of sugar is not high, that's what I like the most.
Ingredients:
Biscuit
- 3 cups of liquid yogurt
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1 and a half cup of milk
- 70 g butter
- 1 chocolate for cooking (dark)
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Preparation:
- Mix well all ingredients for the sponge cake with a spoon. Obtain a non lump mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a square or rectangular baking pan, I used the Delimano Copperlux pan 27 by 27 cm.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 200 C degrees.
- After baking, cool and cut into cubes after cooling completely.
- Prepare the syrup: Melt the butter and add crushed chocolate, after the chocolate has melted, mix nicely and add the milk, sugar and cocoa and heat until the ingredients are well blended.
- Allow to cool slightly and while it's still warm, pour over the biscuit.
- Finally decorate the cake as you desired.
