Soft, fragrant, delicious, these cookies melt in your mouth and are the most beautiful vanilici I have tasted, they are perfect, and the recipe is from my grandmother's archive with a little modification from me. From this amount, you get 20 vanilici, if you want more, double or triple the dose.
Ingredients:
Ingredients:
- 200 g flour
- 100 g of lard
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 100 g crushed nuts (almonds or hazelnuts)
- 1 small egg
- 2-3 tbs of yogurt
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar+more for dipping the cookiesa pinch of mix of cardamon, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg in powder
- Mix dough of all ingredients and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Then roll out a crust on an oiled surface to a thickness of 1.5 cm and take out forms using a cup or a glass.
- Place on an oiled pan.
- Bake at 180 C degrees for about 20 minutes or until browned.
- When you have removed them from the oven, leave them in the pan for 2-3 minutes and then gently take one by one cookie and dip in powdered sugar to which you have added 1 sachet of vanilla sugar.
- Do it slowly because cookies are very gentle and can easily break. You can servet them immediately.
- Keep them in a tin box.
