Is there anything tastier than homemade bread? Especially when I prepare bread for guests, they are thrilled. And it's so simple to make, I don't even use a recipe lately, I make it by sense. I made bread in flower shape for the first time and it turned out great.
Ingredients:
Ingredients:
- 600 g flour
- 1/2 cube of yeast (20 g)
- 1 tsp salt
- pinch of sugar
- 2 tablespoons oil
- warm water (about 350 ml)
- sesame seeds
- Dissolve yeast in 100 ml warm water and add just a pinch of sugar.
Place the flour in a deeper bowl, add the dissolved yeast, oil and salt and add the water gradually and mix in a soft and slightly sticky dough. - Leave dough to rise for 40 minutes covered with a cloth.
- Then transfer the dough to a floured surface and divide it into 8 parts. Shape each part into a ball, if the dough is sticky, sprinkle with flour.
- Arrange the balls in a shape of a flower in a floured round baking tray, coat with oil and sesames seeds, cover with a cloth and allow them to rise for 40 minutes.
- Bake at 180 C degrees until they get a lightly brown color at top.
