CRISPY POTATOES WITH PARMESAN AND SPICES

A little different way of preparing baked potatoes, a delicious way. Anything can be put into the cuts if desired, you can put some smoked meat or bacon, cheese, olives and anything to taste, and in my opinion there is no need to add anything, they are delicious with the basic preparation.
 Ingredients:
  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 cup of Parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
Preparation:
  1. Stab each potatoe with s wooden stick and cut them in a spiral shape.
  2. Coat well each potato with melted butter on the outside and in the cuts.
  3. Mix the other ingredients aside and using the mixture, sprinkle the potatoes well on the outside and in the cuts.
  4. Place them on a baking tray coated with baking paper and bake at 220 C degrees until well browned.
