BROCCOLI, BRUSSEL SPROUT AND CARROTS SALAD

Some time ago, I had a similar salad in a restaurant in Bitola and normally, I immediately decided to replicate it at home, with a few changes. The preparation is easy and the salad is delicious. If you are in a lent period, then, skip the cheese.
 Ingredients:

  • 1 head broccoli 1 larger carrot
  • 5-6 pieces of brussel sprout
  • salt, black pepper and garlic powder
  • olive oil
  • lemon juice
  • grated feta cheese
Preparation:
  1. First wash vegetables well, cut the broccoli into flowers and cut the carrot into slices. Put them together with the brussel sprout to boil in a water for about 15 minutes. They need only to soften, not to be soft, they should be a bit crunchy when you eat them.
  2. Drain the water, place the mixed vegetables in a deeper salad bowl and add the spices, pour a little olive oil and add a drop of lemon juice. Top up with your favorite cheese from above.
