This cake, dessert, or as you wish to call it, is one of the most wonderful things I have ever created in my kitchen. Wonderful, tasty, lean and much healthier dessert than anything else, abounds in cereals, nuts and fruits. It's a great cake if you like to eat healthy or if you're in a lent period.

Fruit filling
Ingredients:
Fruit filling
- 600 g red fruits (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, currants)
- about 700 ml of water
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar nature
- 1 vanilla pudding
- 100 g oat flakes
- 150 g fruit muesli mix
- 100 g of crushed nuts
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- half a tablespoon of cinnamon
- half a tablespoon of baking powder
- liquid in which the fruit was boiling
- lean whipped cream
- blueberries
- Let the fruit boil in the water for about 15 minutes.
- In a blender, crush the nuts, then the oatmeal too, fruit oatmeal is left whole. Mix, add sugar, cinnamon and baking powder. Add from the hot liquid as much as you need to form a solid dough that you will distribute into the mold, pre-coated with baking paper.
- Put this prepared biscuit for about 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 250 C degrees.
- After the fruit has softened, take out some of the liquid, and in that liquid, place the sugar and pudding, dissolve and add this mixture to the fruit. Soon the fruit mixture will thicken, if necessary add hot water and mix until smooth and obtain a nice fruit pudding.
- Remove the biscuit from the oven, remove the baking paper and place biscuit in a suitable serving plate and apply the filling from above. Leave to cool nicely.
- Once cooled, decorate with lean whipping cream, you can also add some red food coloring to the cream. Throw one hand of blueberries on top and some oatmeal.
- The cake is tastier if eaten the next day. Enjoy!
