There are many recipes for this cake but this is the one that always comes out great. This cake is made very easily. There is no one who tried this cake and didn’t like it.
Ingredients:
For the biscuit

- 6 egg yolks
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 sachet baking powder
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
For the cream:
- 6 egg whites
- 8 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tbs water
Dressing for the biscuit
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons rum
For the chocolate glaze
- 150 g cooking chocolate
- 50 g butter
- 3-4 tbs milk
Preparation:
- Whisk the egg yolks in the usual way together with the sugar and add all the ingredients for the biscuit. Mix everything together.
- In a greased small rectangular baking tray, pour the mixture and bake for about 20 minutes at 200 C degrees.
- While the biscuit is baking, mix the milk together with the rum.
- Whisk the egg whites together with 5 tbs of sugar. The other 3 tbs of sugar boil with 3 tbs of water. After you've whisked egg whites in a firm structure, slowly start to add the syrup drop by drop and continue to mix until a solid white cream is obtained.
- After biscuit is ready, take it out of the oven and pour over the dressing made of 1 cup of milk and 2 tbs of rum.
- Then put the egg whites cream above, apply evenly and return in the oven for 10 more minutes at 180 C degrees.
- After that, melt the chocolate with milk and butter and pour over the cake. Leave to cool completely.
