A cake that has undergone several changes by me so far, delicious, easy, fast, will cost you several dollars and you will get 16 pieces. This cake is a proof that you do not need to spend a lot of time or resources to make something delicious. Glass size is 180 ml (6 fluid oz) (or use a 200 ml glass and don't fill it to the top).
Biscuit
- 3 cups yogurt
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup oil
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- half a teaspoon of gingerbread spice
Mix
together with a mixer and pour into a larger pan 30 by 40 cm. Bake at
200 C degrees (392 F) for about 20 minutes. After baking, leave it to cool
completely, then prepare the topping. Once cool, stab it with a
toothpick 20-30 times so to make small holes for better soaking of
the topping.
Topping
- 1 cup of milk
- 100 g of dark chocolate for cooking
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
Put to boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Pour the whole cake with the topping. It will be absorbed immediately.
Glaze
- 100 g of dark chocolate for cooking
- 3/4 cup of milk
- 1 tablespoon starch
Put
together to heat until the chocolate melts. Stir constantly until it
starts to thicken. If lumps form, whisk with a mixer to obtain smooth
texture. Immediately pour the glaze over the cake.
If desired, whipped cream can be applied on top.
Cheers.
