Autumn is a real season to enjoy coffee with milk and pumpkin (Pumpkin Spice Latte). Something you have in Starbucks :) I once had this coffee in another country and since then, I wanted to make it at home. So, today was the day.
This coffee definitely comes under the"Autumn pleasures"section, it's a beautiful latte coffee with aroma of pumpkin and gingerbread spice - a perfect taste blend. From this amount you get 2 cups of coffee. Share one cup with someone you love.
Ingredients:
- 2 full tablespoons of pumpkin puree
- 1/2 a tsp of gingerbread spice mix
- 300 ml milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar,
- 100 ml of coffee (espresso, filter coffee or instant coffee),
- whipped cream or milk froth for decoration
- a pinch of cinnamon
Preparation:
- First, blend the pumpkin in a blender to make a pumpkin puree. I used baked pumpkin.
- Then, boil the milk and add the pumpkin puree to the boiling milk.
- Add the spices, then the coffee and mix well.
- Now add the sugar and stir until the mixture becomes like syrup.
- Finally add the vanilla flavor.
- Put the mixture on the fire to heat well, but be careful not to boil. Warm it up until you get a frothy mixture.
- Divide the coffee in two cups.
- Finally add the whipped cream or frothed milk and a little cinnamon on top.
